This internet browser toolbar makes browsing to the different Tibia websites, blogs and forums very easy. There is also a list with places to upload your screenshots. It’s frequently updated and you don’t have to reinstall it. You can add your own menus and shortcuts to all programs on your pc you want, it blocks pop-ups… There is a search function to search the internet, the website you are browsing and to search through a selected list of safe tibia fansites.

This toolbar offers you a lot of features to make your real life and Tibia life easier. Every day you'll save a lot of time when you're on the internet since most things you had to do manually before (entering url's, checking mails, searching an exp history...) can be done automatically. This toolbar is a must have for every Tibia fan.

General menu
This dropdown menu offers you some general toolbar features, like customizing your toolbar, sending a mail to the toolbar administrator, telling a friend about this toolbar... Some components might need a word of explanation.
With Clear Search History you can clean your internet search history. This means that you won't see what sites you visited anymore. Normaly your internet client saves the sites of the last weeks. Might be usefull if you're using your parents computer, and you don't want them to see what sites you visited. Shrink Toolbar is for if you switch a lot of components on, and the toolbar is longer then your computer screen. It will remove all text from the toolbar, and only display the images. The Toolbar Options feature lets you put on additional components (such as a mail checker, pop-up blocker or weather component) and alternativley also disable options that are already in the toolbar, but that you don't need. On this way you can customize your toolbar to your own needs.

Search options
The dropdown menu right of the search field is used together with the search field. The regular Search is a Google search. You can also do a Yahoo or MSN search by selecting that option in this component. There is also a Search This Site option that allows you to search on the website you're on. The image search is powered by Google and the Encylclopedia by Wikipedia. The Tibia Search is something Tibiacity made, that searches trought a selection of safe Tibia fansites. This is a secure way to search for Tibia information with 0% chance to end on a hack site. The Lookup player and Lookup Guild are 2 options to fast find a tibia.com profile page or guild page. This is how it works: Enter a character name in the search box and then click on the arrow next to search. Then click on ‘lookup player’ from the dropdown menu, and then you’ll come on the profile page on tibia.com. For guilds, it’s the same then for players, just select ‘lookup guild’ from the dropdown menu, and you’ll come on the guild page of the guild you entered in the box. Note that the guild option is case sensitive. For those who don't know what a case is: A is a case, a isn't. Player stats is an option to find a players experience history on Erig's statistics website. This will only work for players in thier worlds top 300 experience. This works almost the same then the feature above. Enter a character name in the search box and then click on the arrow next to search. Then click on player stats, and you’ll come on the experience history page of this player.

Highlighter
The highlighter highlights the words you entered in the search field. It's very easy to use, just click on the icon (text marker). If you marked one or more words on a page, then you can click on the arrow right of the highlighter to see how many times each word apeared on the page you're on. If you select Disable from the list, all the marked text will be plain text again, so ti will be a normal webpage again.

Tibia websites
This is one of the largest menu's of the Tibia toolbar. This component links to all supported fansite aswell as t the official Tibia website and many other fansites. Above the separator you can find everything that's offical (supported fansites and the official website from CipSoft) and also Tibiacity. Tibiacity is listed above the separator because they made this toolbar. If you move with your mouse over a fansite, then a sub-menu will apear with all websites from this fansite like their main website, their forum, their premium account service... E.g. for Tibianews this is the selection that will apear:

Under the separator you can find a menu with Other fansites with the bigger unoficial fansites listed, and a menu with smaller fansites. For the bigger fansites you can find both a link to their website and their forum (if they have one). You can also find a menu with Tibia related comics and websites for a specific gameworld, called Server sites. As last you can find Tibia related Blogs and MSN Spaces in 2 sub-menus.

Image hosts
In the toolbar are some image hosts listed, under which 4 very good. The best image hosts are on top and separated from the others with a line. From this 4 hosts we know that they have a large online time, a good customer support and that they are reliable. Here you can find a short review of the 4 first image hosts:
Xs.to: You can host up to 500 images here, and there isn’t any kind of bandwidth restriction. Images can be up to 1.5MB big (0.5MB for GIF) and they allow all common image file types. It’s a very reliable and fast host. They never delete pictures, and you don’t need an account.
Filelodge: Another great host with no bandwidth restriction. You can upload up to 500Mb here, and except from images this can also be movies, music… The maximum file size is 50MB. Also this is a very reliable host. You need to register here.
ImageShack: This is a host where you can upload unlimited pictures of up to 1MB. Images are stored forever on their servers, but images using more then 1.5GB bandwidth an hour will be removed. You can create an account, but it’s not required.
Photobucket: Also this is a great host, but it has some disadvantages. You can upload 1GB pictures here, but the total bandwidth is limited to 10GB a month. If you cross this bandwith limit, your images won’t be available anymore.

News component
In the toolbar newsbox you can find all the official Tibia news (the news from tibia.com) and also important fansite news. Tibiacity won’t send all their website news with it, but it’s possible that we use it to send news once in a while, but never very often. It’s just as good possible that you get a newspost about another Tibia fansite, but then only from a supported fansite. We also don't send you news that is useless, only if it's really worth reading. The news component will show you when a new message is send. You will then see e.g. News [1 new] instead of News [0 new]. When you click on a news item you'll be brought to a news page of the Tibia toolbar. We won't bring you to external websites.

Chatroom
The toolbar also has a chatroom build in. When you move your mouse over the chat icon, you'll see how many people that are currently in the chatroom. There will also apear a face in the chat icon when there is someone in the chatroom. If you want to enter the chat, simply click on the component and the window from the screen below wwill apear asking for a chat nickname. May we warn you not to trust people, since they can just take a name. Maybe they aren't the person who you think they are.

Quick translate
It’s pretty easy to translate webpages with the Tibia Toolbar. Just go to the English webpage you want to see translated and then click on the arrow right of this component. Here you can select the language you would like the webpage to be displayed in. We currently only support translations from English to Portuguese, French, Italian, German and Spanish. In the future we will do our best to add more languages. After clicking on the language you want, the webpage will be translated with Google Translate. When you click on links in this webpage those pages will also be translated. You can always go back to the English version by clicking a link on the top of your translated page.

Toolbar radio
With the toolbar radio you can listen to one of our preset radio stations, or add your own favorite radio stations. All you need is the streaming URL of your radio station, and you can add it to the radio component. If the adio component takes too much smace, then click on the small - icon to shrink it to 1/3th of the original size. When you select ‘Add stations’ from the dropdown menu in the Radio component of the toolbar, you’ll come on a page where you can add Radio Stations by adding their URL and the name. the URL must be the Radio Stations streaming URL, not just the website URL. This page will also offer a search function to search for a streaming URL on a website, but this isn't always working as you might want it to do.

Automatic mail checker
This is a toolbar component that requires your e-mail addresses and passwords, so if you don't trust it; don't use it. Standard it's disabled. You can switch it on as instructed in the General menu section from above. Note that Tibia toolbar or Tibiacity will never know yor e-mail address(es) or passsword(s). In this component you can enter all your hotmail, yahoo, gmail and pop3 e-mail addresses and their passwords; and the toolbar will automatically check if you have new e-mails on one of those e-mail accounts. Like you can see on the picture, it will be indicated with [... new]. You can also select an option to play a sound when you have new mails. When you have new mails, just click on the e-mail address and the toolbar will redirect you to your inbox.

Pop-up blocker
I think most people know what a pop-up blocker is. For those who don't know it, it blocks pop-up windows (the windows with advertisements) that apear when you open or close a website you're visiting. You can enable or disable this component, and you can also use it to clear your cookies, cache and search history. When you enable the pop-up blocker, you can also choose to allow pop-ups from specific websites. You'll also see how many pop-ups the component blocked. At the picture it blocked 0 pop-ups because it was disabled.

Weather component
The weather component of the Tibia toolbar will show you how warm it is and what weather it is at a city you entered. When you move your mouse over the component, it will show more statistics of this place (look at the image). To customize your weather component simply click on it. You can then enter a city where you want to see the weather rom, and see a more detailed weather overview of the city you entered. The toolbar component will remember the last 3 cities you searched the weather for and store those into his memory to allow you to do a quick switch between cities. On the image below you'll see the weather chart that will apear after you clicked on the toolbar component.
